Processing & Shipping Timelines
  • Order Processing: Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your package is shipped.
  • Delivery Estimates: Shipping timelines shown at checkout (e.g., Expedited Parcel – 1 day) refer to the estimated delivery time after the package has been handed over to the courier, not including our internal processing time.
Shipping Methods
  • Standard Shipping (Untracked): Sent via Canada Post oversized lettermail. This budget-friendly option does not include a tracking number. *Please note: Dear Jobie is not responsible for packages lost in transit if Untracked Shipping is selected at checkout.
  • Tracked Shipping: Available at checkout if you wish to follow your package's journey.Β
